K&K Property announces foto+ project in Mong Kok

K&K Property has named its residential project in Oak Street/Ivy Street, Mong Kok, "foto+", collaborated with the Urban Renewal Authority, offering 122 units, and plans to launch sales this month.

K&K Property Investment and Sales Director Tony Cheng Chi-wing said the units comprise a one-bedroom layout, starting from 338 square feet, and will also provide special units. The pricing will reference the new properties near West Kowloon Station.
