One Stanley has sold five-bedroom duplex unit for nearly $120m

K&K Property said it sold a five-bedroom duplex unit at its luxury project, One Stanley, for around HK$120 million via tender on Monday. 

The unit, measuring 3,337 square feet, also includes a 1,476-sq-ft rooftop, the developer said. 

The buyer, a mainland merchant, purchased the flat on the 2/F and 3/F of Block 12 for HK$119.8 million, or HK$35,901 per sq ft, said Tony Cheng, investment and sales director of K&K Property.

Together with the transaction, the project in Stanley has recorded 13 deals involving both flats and houses this year, resulting in more than HK$1.2 billion in contracted sales, the developer said.
