One Park Place to begin check registration after show flats attract 3,000 visits

One Park Place in Yau Tong will begin check registration on Saturday after attracting approximately 3,000 visitor visits since its show flat opened on Wednesday, according to Sino Land (0083) executive director Victor Tin Sio-un.

The Yau Tong Ventilation Building residential development was jointly developed by Sino Land, CSI Properties (0497), and MTR Corporation (0066).

Tin said that about half of the prospective buyers were from Kowloon district, with strong interest from young families and first-time buyers.

Tin indicated that more units may be released for sale this weekend, depending on market response.

The project opens a one-bedroom show flat based on unit C8 on 28th floor of Tower 3, with a size of 293 square feet.

The first batch offers 41 one-bedroom flats, with prices ranging from HK$4.2 million to HK$4.5 million.
