3 men injured in Tin Shui Wai attack after business dispute turns violent

Three men were injured in the early hours of Thursday when a group of eight to nine assailants arrived in five seven-seater vehicles and attacked them with sticks following a business dispute in Tin Shui Wai, police said.

The incident occurred around 3am at a bus stop outside One Sky Mall on Tin Sau Road. A 45-year-old man, surnamed Yung, had arranged to meet others to discuss a business matter when an argument broke out. Two men, aged 50 and 30, both surnamed Tse, tried to intervene.

Shortly after, a group of eight to nine men arrived in five seven-seater vehicles, surrounded the three men and attacked them, reportedly with sticks, before fleeing the scene.

All three victims were conscious and taken to Tin Shui Wai Hospital for treatment. Police found a blood-stained tissue in a nearby flower bed and are investigating whether it is linked to the case. No arrests have been made.
