Macau Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai will deliver the 2026 Policy Address at the Legislative Assembly at 3pm on November 18, the government announced.
Following the address, Sam will meet the media at a press conference at Government Headquarters at 5.30pm.
On the following day, November 19, the Chief Executive will return to the Assembly for a 3pm plenary session to answer lawmakers’ questions on the government’s policy blueprint.
The Policy Address, the press conference, and the subsequent question-and-answer session will be broadcast live on TDM’s television and radio channels. They will also be available online through the MSAR Government Portal, the websites of the Chief Executive’s Office, the Legislative Assembly and the Government Information Bureau, as well as the dedicated Policy Address webpage.
