The installation, which is composed of over 38,000 biodegradable rubber balloons, was created by world-champion local balloon artist Wilson Pang, Taiwan artist He Kun-Long, Shandong artist Qu Xusheng, and students from the Methodist Lee Wai Lee College and the City University of Hong Kong balloon art club Balloon team.
With its impressive presence, the majestic ‘Auspicious Dragon’ breaks the Guinness World Record as it gracefully glides through the main atrium, spanning over 30 meters long.
