Vegetarian Food Asia & Vitality Living Asia opens in Wan Chai, featuring vegan & health products

The three-day Vegetarian Food Asia, co-hosted with Vitality Living Asia, began on Friday at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, displaying about 6000 vegetarian, health, and green living items.

Chefs demonstrate live vegan cooking with free tasting and nutritionists deliver talks on plant-based nutrition science. This edition introduces a first-ever sleep competition and showcases sleep-tech products.

A local farmer exhibits self-grown vegetables, including colorful cauliflowers, to promote healthier diets. 

A first-time vegetarian visitor sampled mainland China and Southeast Asian vegan snacks, found them novel, plans to buy suitable items without budget limit, and brought a suitcase for shopping.
