Ronnie O'Sullivan, Judd Trump featured in star-studded HK Snooker Challenge

The Hong Kong Snooker All-Star Challenge kicks off on Monday with "The Rocket" Ronnie O'Sullivan, Judd Trump, and the city's snooker ace Marco Fu Ka-chun among the six rostered for the 2-day tournament.

Three games will be held each day at Queen Elizabeth Stadium. The Rocket, who was beaten 5-4 by the "Welsh Potting Machine" Mark Williams this afternoon, will play against Fu in the evening.

Fu will be featured in another match against snooker pro Jack Lisowski on Tuesday (Mar 26).

A number of fans splashed out HK$3,380 to watch O'Sullivan play, but were disappointed by the poor viewing experience of the tournament. They were seen arguing with the organizer representatives about the poor arrangements before the game.

Some fans came to the event with snooker cues, hoping to get autographs from their idols.

They also look forward to having more world-class players performing in Hong Kong.
