CK Hutchison applies to build over 15,000 housing flats at Tsing Yi United Dockyard

HUD Group held by CK Hutchison Holdings (00001.HK) has proposed to convert the Hong Kong United Dockyard located in Tsing Yi and the government land north of the dockyard into a land site for developing large-scale integrated private residential and public housing projects, according to a proposal submitted to the Town Planning Board.

The projects could supply 15,075 residential units in total, the proposal wrote.
