Sky Ace Enterprises’ State Residence unveils 194 new homes on Friday

Sky Ace Enterprises’ State Residence in North Point, whose major shareholders are members of Chow Tai Fook (1929), uploaded a sales brochure for 194 units on Friday.

The units comprise one- to three-bedroom units and some special units, ranging from 277 to 1,465 square feet. The project is assisted by New World Development (0017).

The developer said the project is adjacent to a major international cultural landmark and just steps from STATE THEATRE by K11, Hong Kong Island's first K11 retail landmark, which is expected to open in the first half of 2027. 

The retail component spans four floors with over 85,000 square feet of floor area, alongside a new Grade A office building that will drive leasing demand in the district.
