Wheelock Properties names Kwu Tung project "Park Silicon"

Wheelock Properties named its Kwu Tung project Park Silicon on Wednesday, which will bring 781 units to the market.

The sales brochure will be released as early as the beginning of July, with the project potentially going on sale next month, said Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties.

Wong added that the project will be rolled out in two phases, with phase 1 offering 457 units and phase 2 providing 324 units.

Standard units consist of one- to three-bedroom layouts, ranging from 310 to 600 square feet. Two-bedroom layouts account for around 60 percent, while one- and three-bedroom units account for 20 percent each, said Wong.
