Miami Quay I sells unit for HK$14.67m via tender

Miami Quay I in Kai Tak, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and three partners, sold a three-bedroom unit via tender for around HK$14.67 million.

The unit, which measures 620 square feet, was sold at HK$23,656 per sq ft.

Meanwhile, the Miami Quay project has sold 562 units to date, raking in nearly HK$5.97 billion.
