Wheelock Properties unveils first batch of 65 flats in Park Silicon

Wheelock Properties' Kwu Tung project Park Silicon has unveiled the first batch of 65 units, which are priced from HK$5.05 million after discounts.

The batch in the phase 2 of the development, Palo Springs, which has an average price of HK$17,671 per square foot, comprises 23 one-bedroom units and 42 two-bedroom units. They are sized from 311 to 480 sq ft. 

The units cost from HK$5.05 million to HK$8.67 million after discounts, or from HK$15,903 to HK$18,174 per sq ft.

The Park Silicon development offers a total of 781 units in two phases.

Phase 1 provides 457 units ranging from 275 to 604 sq ft, including one to three bedrooms. 

Palo Springs offers 324 units ranging from 275 to 576 sq ft, also featuring one- to three-bedroom layouts.
