Central Residence By The Park rakes in nearly HK$200 million from two units sale 

Central Residence By The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), sold two units to a single buyer for nearly HK$200 million on Wednesday.

The two units, measuring 1,608 and 1,254 square feet respectively, fetched HK$103 million and HK$74.99 million, translating to HK$64,200 and HK$59,800 per sq ft.

The developer mentioned that the project has sold 89 units to date, cashing in around HK$2.8 billion.
