Central Residence By The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), said it will tender sell a three-bedroom special unit on Friday.
The unit is 1,055 square feet.
Meanwhile, PCPD sales and marketing director Cello Chan said a buyer purchased all three units on the same level for nearly HK$170 million on Monday, with one of the units made the highest record for its price per square foot, costing HK$64,000.
The project has sold 99 units, representing 85 percent of its total available units, for nearly HK$2.5 billion so far.
