Central Residence By The Park sells 5 units by tender for nearly $100 m

Central Residence By The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), sold 5 units via tender for nearly HK$100 million on Monday.

PCPD sales and marketing director Cello Chan said the units are of one- and two-bedroom layout, spanning from 380 to 635 square feet, with transaction prices of HK$12.81 million to HK$24.13 million.

She added that one of the units sold at HK$24.13 million, reaching a new high for the same type of units. The project has sold 54 units to date for over HK$1.6 billion.
