foto+ in Mong Kok records 104 deals so far

K&K Property's foto+ in Mong Kok, co-developed with the Urban Renewal Authority, has sold 104 units so far, raking in HK$710 million, with an average price per square foot at HK$19,966.

The developer said that the project has secured the occupation permit and remains 18 units for sale, including six special units.
