Phase 2 of Highwood to unveil first price list soon: Henderson

Henderson Land Development (0012) will soon unveil the first price list for Phase 2 of Highwood in To Kwa Wan, involving at least 83 flats, said Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the sales (1) department.

Lam said the first batch will mainly include one-bedroom units, and the sales could be launched as soon as next week. 

He said the prices of the second phase will be higher than those of the first phase, due to the better view the project offers. 

This phase offers 415 units ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, with sizes measuring between 232 and 957 square feet. 

Show flats are also expected to open to the public soon.
