Victoria Voyage Phase 2B expects to begin sales in the near future

The Phase 2B of Park peninsula "Victoria Voyage" in Kai Tak, co-developed by China Overseas (0688) and three other developers, will open its show flats to the public later this week, and will launch the sales arrangement in the near term.

The developer mentioned that the project series has sold 232 units so far, cashing in more than HK$4 billion, with an average transaction price of over HK$30,000 per square foot.
