Victoria Voyage Phase 2B uploads sales brochure on Tuesday

Phase 2B of Victoria Voyage in Kai Tak uploaded the sales brochure on Tuesday, offering 509 units.

The batch of units comprise one- to four-bedroom units, ranging from 305 to 1,839 square feet.

The developer mentioned that Phase 1A and Phase 1B of Victoria Voyage have sold 230 units so far, cashing in more than HK$4.01 billion.

The project is jointly developed by China Overseas Land & Investment (0688), The Wharf (0004), Henderson Land Development (0012) and K Wah International (0173).
