A large-scale waterfront development in Kai Tak was officially named Victoria Voyage on Tuesday.
The project is jointly developed by China Overseas Land & Investment (0688), The Wharf (0004), Henderson Land Development (0012) and K Wah International (0173). It comprises 2,060 units planned across four phases, with the first 635 flats set to launch as early as August, according to developers.
China Overseas Property managing director Tony Yau Wai-kwong said Phase 1A comprises three residential towers, adding that strong primary market activity seen so far this year points to a sustained recovery in Hong Kong’s housing market.
Tony Wan Wai-ming, director of sales and marketing at K Wah International, noted that the development enjoys convenient transport links, with a roughly four-minute drive to Kai Tak MTR station and three minutes to the Kowloon Bay business district via Kai Tak Bridge.
