La Mirabelle to offer three- and four-bedroom units via tender

Sino Land (0083) said its Tseung Kwan O residential project La Mirabelle plans to initial launch three- and four- bedroom units via tender.

The developer mentioned the show flats are expected to open for viewing next week.

Besides, the developer has received more than 5,000 inquiries so far.

This project comprises 1,266 units, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The majority are two-bedroom units, totaling around 960.

This project is co-developed by Sino Land, Kerry Properties (0683), K Wah International (0173), China Merchants Land (0978), and MTR Corporation (0066).
