i-Cable Communications announced a major management reshuffle on Wednesday, with chief executive Felix To Chi-hak, Sandy Yu Wing-san and Herman Ho Chit-to resigning from their posts.
To, who was also an executive director, stepped down as CEO to pursue personal interests. Yu resigned as CEO of subsidiary How How Production Group, while Ho left his post as CEO of subsidiary Stars Music International. The changes took effect immediately.
The board said the departures resulted from amicable discussions and there were no disagreements. It thanked the three for their contributions.
Current executive director Wong Nga-fan has been appointed as the new CEO. The board said the move aims to accelerate the group's reform and transition to its next development phase.
Wong, 52, stated her team will focus on broadening programme exposure, clarifying channel positioning, and expanding diversified revenue sources to drive sustainable growth. She has over 25 years of experience in multi-media and content marketing.
According to her service agreement, Wong will receive a monthly salary of HK$430,000 and a one-off payment of HK$1.31 million in her first month. She is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
