Pedestrian injured after massager falls from height in Ngau Tau Kok

A man was injured on Tuesday after a shoulder and neck massage device fell from height and struck him while he was walking pass a public housing block in Ngau Tau Kok, police said.

The incident occurred at around 11.34am outside Hei Wah House of Lok Wah South Estate. The male pedestrian was passing the building when the massage device suddenly fell from above, hitting his shoulder and arm.

The man sustained minor injuries and reported the incident himself. Paramedics arrived at the scene to examine and treat him, but he declined hospital treatment.

Police are investigating the cause of the incident. No arrests have been made at this stage.
