Tottenham Hotspur energized fans with a public training session at Kai Tak Stadium on Tuesday, gearing up for their high-profile friendly against Arsenal on Thursday—a North London derby taking place on Hong Kong soil.

The team appeared on the field five minutes ahead of schedule to the sound of roaring applause and cheers from the local fans.
Son Heung-min, in particular, drew the loudest reactions, with the stadium erupting whenever the Korean star was visible on the pitch or shown on the stadium screens.
Chants of "Sonny!" were heard repeatedly as fans eagerly sought his attention.
After arriving on Monday from the UK, which included a brief pool session post-landing, Spurs started Tuesday with gym exercises before the open session.
The initial 40 minutes were dedicated to passing drills and sprint exercises, followed by small-sided games. The session ended notably with penalty kick practice.
Afterwards, players took a lap around the pitch to acknowledge the fans, signing autographs and taking photos with special ticket holders, who were visibly thrilled by the experience.
During a press conference, manager Thomas Frank addressed transfer rumors about Son by stating that Son is very much part of the team's plans and has been actively participating in previous friendlies.
He described Son as a world-class player who demonstrates an exceptional attitude in both training and matches.
Frank also mentioned that new signings are expected, although he did not disclose any details at that time.
Defender Micky van de Ven commented on the local support, noting the incredible warmth from the fans, some of whom even waited outside their hotel.
He expressed the team's intention to reciprocate that passion with strong performances in their friendly matches.
Spurs ambassador Ledley King, who had earlier represented the club at an animal welfare event, expressed his excitement about returning to Hong Kong and the upcoming London derby.
He anticipated a spectacular match and reflected on the significance of Spurs' recent UEFA Europa League victory, suggesting that more successes are likely to follow.
