The Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre has announced an indefinite closure starting Monday after a burnt body was discovered on Sunday afternoon.

The main gate of the center was closed today, preventing access to the premises, and police vehicles were seen inside the center.
The area where the body was found remains cordoned off as officers continue their investigation.
Hong Kong Disneyland, which manages the site, confirmed on its official website that the Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre will remain closed until further notice.
It is understood that the deceased is preliminarily believed to have taken their own life. The victim's identity is still under investigation, and the cause of death is pending a forensic autopsy.
The discovery was made at 3 pm yesterday (Jan 26), when staff at the Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre reported a burnt body by the lakeside.
Additionally, sources report that a couple found the body, of unknown gender, at the base of a tree while they were jogging near the center.
Authorities have not recovered any personal belongings of the deceased or found any fire accelerants at the scene.
