Mid-Levels luxury project completes largest flat to be sold in HK since 2013, at over 12,000 sq ft

A luxury project in Mid-Levels West was named as The Legacy, with the three-story duplex sky villas occupying over 12,000 square feet – the largest flat to be sold in Hong Kong since 2013.

This new completed project, which was developed by Henderson Land Development (0012) and New World Development (0017), offers 172 flats in total and is expected to launch for sale via tender as early as this month.

Its two top-floor units are designed as three-story duplex sky villas, featuring a size of over 12,000 sq ft, said Henderson Land.

Consisting of two residential towers, the project was developed in two phases, with a gross floor area over 400,000 sq ft, the developer added.
