One Toscana to tender five units next Monday

HKR International (0480) and CITIC Pacific's One Toscana in Discovery Bay will put four units up for sale via tender next Monday.

The batch comprises four high-floor two-bedroom units and one 559-square-foot two-bedroom special unit featuring a 219 sq ft terrace.

Raymond Chan, assistant general manager of sales and marketing of HKRI noted that driven by strong demand from high-net-worth individuals and investors, two high-floor two-bedroom units were sold at premium prices this week, setting a new benchmark for luxury residential project in Discovery Bay.
