Foreign media reports have sent Taylor Swift fans into a frenzy over speculation the superstar may have made an extraordinary offer to secure her dream wedding venue with Travis Kelce.
Online rumors claim an unidentified couple booked at an exclusive Rhode Island venue were approached by a third party offering to cover their entire wedding - estimated at over $150,000 - plus fund an exotic honeymoon if they would surrender their June 13, 2026 date.
The date holds special significance for Swift, who considers 13 her lucky number. She was born on December 13 and has frequently spoken about her fascination with numerology.
Many speculators identified the venue as The Breakers, a historic 70-room Newport mansion located about 40 miles from Swift's $17 million Rhode Island holiday home. Others suggested the Ocean House Hotel, which sits near her property.

However, both potential venues have denied the rumors. The Preservation Society of Newport County, which operates The Breakers, stated clearly: "Taylor Swift is not getting married at the Breakers." Meanwhile, Ocean House management said they would not allow any party to "buy out" a contracted wedding date.
The rumor gained traction on social media and podcasts, with one host sharing a message claiming a friend's friend had accepted such an offer for their 2026 wedding date. Yet no concrete evidence has emerged to support the story, and one groom planning a Newport wedding on that date confirmed he hadn't received any such offer.
Swift's representative did not respond to requests for comment.
