The government today announced that more people will be included on the priority list to get the coronavirus jabs.

Secretary for the Civil Service, Patrick Nip Tak-kuen, the minister in charge of the city's Covid-19 vaccination program, said seven other priority groups will be able to make their appointments for vaccination online starting at 9am tomorrow.
The seven priority groups include staffers from eateries, supermarkets, markets, convenience stores, and those working food delivery. Transport workers were also prioritized for the inoculation program.
Construction workers, property management staff, school staff including school bus drivers and staffers from the travel industry were also included on the list.
As for staffers working at gym centers and the beauty industry, theycan also make their booking starting tomorrow morning.
Nip said the seven new priority groups are expected to cover an extra 1.3 million people, providing them with the Covid jabs.
Meanwhile, 12 more community vaccination centres will begin administering the BioNtech vaccine from next Tuesday onwards.
He added that the capacity for vaccinations will be increased by 16,000 daily for the first and second doses of the vaccines.
