For three consecutive years, Harbour Plaza Hotels and Resorts has been inducted into the prestigious TTG Travel Hall of Fame, celebrating the hotel’s unwavering commitment to excellence across every facet of its hospitality portfolio.
The TTG Travel Hall of Fame, established in 2002, recognizes the most distinguished travel organizations across the Asian Pacific region that consistently set industry benchmarks and lead with innovation and service excellence.
Announced during the recent 34th TTG Travel Awards Gala Dinner and Ceremony which was held on 25 September in Bangkok, Thailand, winners of the TTG Travel Hall of Fame are acknowledged to be among the industry's finest.
According to P.C. Koh, Director of Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts, the hotel group has been initiating digital innovations to optimize guest experience. Its efforts were rewarded with Harbour Plaza Hotels and Resorts honoured by the “2024 Annual Digital Enterprise” award from Tencent WeChat.
She explains that the group strategy to redefine booking experience through technology is highlighted by the launch of a new WeChat Mini Program. It provides travellers and trade partners with a streamlined 24/7 booking platform, featuring instant confirmation and secure e-payments for a smooth experience.
“We strive to elevate guest experience and boost operation efficiency through a dual approach of digital and physical innovations,” says Koh. “Our WeChat Mini program has streamlined the mobile booking and payment process for travellers and trade partners.”
Remaining dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to its guests worldwide, Koh reveals that later this year, the hotel will complement its WeChat Mini program by launching self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out across all its hotels, creating a seamless and efficient stay experience from start to finish.
