Year of the Dragon Dinner Buffet

PLAYT will be delivering blessings with food, including a variety of auspicious New Year dishes to help everyone bid farewell to the old and welcome the new!

Chef Matt Chan, the Chef de Cuisine at The Park Lane Hong Kong prepared an array of delicacies such as Braised Fish Maw with Abalone and Chinese Mushrooms, Steamed Sabah Giant Grouper with Ginger and Green Onion, Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallop and Shrimps with Broccoli and Homemade XO Sauce, Sashimi Salad with Julienne Vegetables and Yuzu Dressing.

There are also a variety of traditional Chinese dishes to bring you good fortune, including Braised Pork Knuckle with Dried Oyster and Black Moss, Fried Mud Carp Stuffed with Preserved Meat, Dried Shrimp and Mushrooms and other auspicious dishes.

From February 9 to 12, patrons can even enjoy special dishes like Siu Mai with Dried Black Moss and Shrimp Dumpling with Black Truffle to double up on the new year's joy!

The Park Lane Hong Kong Chinese New Year Pudding

The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, presents two classic flavors of Chinese New Year Puddings that are simply irresistible! The flavors include Savory Turnip with Preserved Meat and Conpoy Pudding, as well as Okinawa Brown Sugar Pudding.

Both are crafted from high-quality ingredients, offering a rich texture and fragrant flavor. Notably, the Okinawa Brown Sugar Pudding uses brown sugar as a substitute for traditional cane sugar, resulting in a natural sweetness and a healthier Chinese New Year pudding.
