Fans flock to Chris Tang

Tough-guy Chris Tang Ping-keung is showing his lighter side - according to a DAB lawmaker.

Wilson Or Chong-shing praised Secretary for Security Tang for being down to earth after running into him at a cha chaan teng.

Or told the story on his Facebook when he recalled seeing someone surrounded by fans seeking photos and signatures while dining at the Silver Dragon Cafe in Lei Yue Mun. He found out the man was Tang.

"Many citizens are ecstatic to see their idols," he wrote, adding people were taking pictures and kids came to play with them while he was chatting with Tang about public policies. "The Secretary for Security also used his consumption e-voucher to buy meals," Or added.
