New World Development (0017) has sold a total 67 units at Pavilia Rosa in Kowloon Tong to date, generating over HK$2.8 billion in revenue.
The project has launched a promotion for buyers of any of the 11 designated two-bedroom units, where buyers are gifted a luxury furniture set including furniture for the living, dining room and two bedrooms, according to Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing at NWD. Buyers who do not choose the furniture set will receive a rebate worth HK$300,000.
The designated units span 397 to 469 square feet, offering garden views. Prices after discount range from HK$13.71 million to HK$14.84 million, with prices per sq ft from HK$29,665 to HK$35,384.
The average selling price of large homes sold through tender nears HK$56 million, with a price per sq ft of nearly HK$40,000. A four-bedroom rooftop unit sold for HK$91.44 million, at HK$56,866 per square foot, setting a new record for luxury pre-sale units this year.
