Highwood phase 2 sees price increase up to 13pc 

Henderson Land Development (0012) has raised prices by 9 percent to 13 percent for the 38 units in phase 2 of Highwood in To Kwa Wan.

This batch of units comprises one- and two-bedroom layouts, ranging from 265 to 350 square feet. 

The sharpest increase is for a 269-sq-ft unit, with its price rising 13 percent to HK$8.16 million.
