The Grand Mayfair III releases price list of 91 units on Thursday

The Grand Mayfair III residential project in Yuen Long, launched a price list of 91 units on Thursday, with discounted price starting from HK$6.05 million.

The new batch covers one- to two-bedroom layouts, measuring between 339 to 526 square feet. The discounted prices range from HK$6.05 million to HK$9.60 million, and the discounted prices per sq ft range from HK$17,305 to HK$19,330.

Meanwhile, a total of 138 units will be put on sale starting from next Tuesday, of which about 91 units will be sold via price list, while the remaining 47 units will be put out to tender starting next Wednesday.

This project is co-developed by Sino Land (0083), K Wah International (0173), and China Overseas Land & Investment (0688).
