Zendo House expects to announce its first price list for over 50 units within two days

Chinachem's Zendo House in Tsim Sha Tsui will upload its first price list within two days, offering more than 50 units, including one- and two-bedroom units.

The project offers 164 units in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 274 to 468 sq ft, with an estimated completion date of September 16, 2026.

Helen Fung, director of sales and marketing at Chinachem, said the project's sales office and showflat will open to the public this Saturday.
