In One Above to tender six flats on Friday, Chinachem says

In One Above in Ho Man Tin, co-developed by Chinachem and MTR Corporation (0066), will tender six flats on Friday. 

Helen Fung, director of sales and marketing at Chinachem, said the project, phase 1A of the In One development, atop the Ho Man Tin MTR station, has also opened the completed showroom to the public for viewing. 

Fung said the In One Above development has sold 724 flats for a total of over HK$12.3 billion so far, including 11 transactions for HK$278 million this month.
