New World Development (0017) named its new residential project in Tsim Sha Tsui Grand Austin Bohemian on Thursday, offering 60 units with the sales brochure to be released within the day.
Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing at NWD, said unit layouts comprise one-bedroom apartments and studios, with an expected completion date of March 31 2028, giving it a pre-sale period of approximately 25 months.
Ho further noted that the two projects released in the same series last year, Austin Bohemian and House Muse, both achieved immediate sell-outs, and believes that the new project will similarly generate a buying frenzy.
Tenders for all units are expected to be launched altogether. A bulk purchase option is also anticipated, while a certain number of units will be reserved for general buyers.
Show flats will open to the media early next week, with sales commencing next month.
In addition, Deep Water Pavilia in Wong Chuk Hang led by NWD will update its price list on Thursday, with only nine remaining one- to two-bedroom units seeing a uniform five percent increase in price.
