LOHAS Park Phase 13 named La Mirabelle, to offer 2,550 units

Phase 13 of LOHAS Park in Tseung Kwan O, co-developed by Sino Land (0083), Kerry Properties (0683), K. Wah International Holdings (0173), China Merchants Land (0978) and MTR Corporation (0066), was named La Mirabelle on Thursday. The project will provide 2,550 units.

Victor Tin Sio-un, executive director of Sino Land (0083), said the project is expected to be launched after the Chinese New Year in two phases, each comprising more than 1,200 units. The project mainly offers two- and three-bedroom units. The estimated material date is June 30, 2027.
