Phase 1 of La Mirabelle sells 5 units for $60 million

Sino Land (0083)'s Phase 1 of La Mirabelle in Tseung Kwan O sold five units for HK$60 million on Monday.

The highest-priced unit sold was a 891-square-foot three-bedroom unit. The transaction price is HK$19.87 million, and the price per sq ft is HK$22,301.

The project has sold 736 units for HK$6.4 billion so far since its launch at the end of March. In May, the project has already sold 80 units, achieving over HK$700 million in sales.

Meanwhile, Sino Land's Grand Mayfair III in Yuen Long sold two units on Monday. The project has sold 1,959 units for HK$16.9 billion so far.
