Over 3,000 eyeing Swire Properties' Chai Wan project The Headland Residences

Swire Properties’ (1972) The Headland Residences in Chai Wan has received more than 3,000 inquiries from potential buyers and plans to open show flats to the public starting Saturday.

Adrian To Wai-yip, the company’s director of residential, said the pricing of the project will reference the most recent launches on Hong Kong Island.

He noted that transactions have rebounded over the past six months with increased buyer confidence, and expects potential US interest rate cuts to have a positive impact on the market.
