Villa Garda III of Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O will launch 38 one-bedroom flats via price list this Saturday, with units going for as low as HK$4.63 million.
The 38 flats are priced between HK$4.63 million and HK$5.04 million after discounts, or from HK$13,751 to HK$14,523 per square foot.
Its cheapest flat currently is room B, a one-bedroom layout located on the 15th floor of Tower 2B, measuring 337 sq ft.
This new price list brings the total offering to 76 flats, including 74 one-bedroom units and two one-bedroom special units linked to a terrace.
All phases of Villa Garda have sold 1,101 units to date, cashing in over HK$8.9 billion.
The project is jointly developed by Sino Land (0083), MTR Corporation (0066), K Wah International (0173), and China Merchants Land (0978).
