Deep Water Pavilia, Phase 5A of The Southside project in Wong Chuk Hang, will release more units at higher prices after its first round of sales on Saturday, according to developers.
The project was jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066).
A total of 157 units will be offered for sale this Saturday, including 138 units available through public sale, and 19 units to be launched via tender on the same day.
The project sold nine additional units via tender on Wednesday, bringing cumulative tender sales to 44 units and generating over HK$2.1 billion in proceeds, according to Cannas Ho Ka-yan, general manager of business and marketing for special projects at New World Development.
The average price per unit for Deep Water Pavilia has exceeded HK$48 million, while the average price per square foot has surpassed HK$37,000, she added.
