Running from yesterday to May 17, the exhibition, A Golden Age On The Walls, is offering free admission to the public to appreciate the remarkable artworks.
The display features high-definition replicas of a series of exquisite murals that were excavated from Tang Dynasty tombs. These murals have undergone meticulous conservation and restoration by experts.
This collaboration marks the club's first exhibition since Hong Kong Festival Fringe secured another three-year operating period starting April 1.
Regina Leung Tong Ching-yee, chairwoman of the Fringe Club, said she hoped the exhibition would serve as an educational experience for the public - particularly the youth - enabling them to gain insight into China's rich 5,000-year history and culture.
"The exhibition will foster an understanding of the significance of conserving cultural heritage," she said.
Vice chairwoman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation Shen Beili also expressed her hope that the collaboration with the Fringe Club would inspire the exploration of innovative ideas and contribute to the development of Hong Kong's art industry.
The exhibition is divided into five sections, each dedicated to different aspects of Tang Dynasty life. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the capital city of the Tang Dynasty, clothing, leisure activities, the education and examination system, as well as the transmission and conservation of these magnificent murals.
Leung also revealed plans to reopen the Fringe Festival between the end of this year and the beginning of next year, indicating the Club's commitment to hosting a diverse range of events over the next three years.
