The villager noticed a discarded plastic bag on the ground and, upon closer inspection, found two newborn kittens left inside. The tiny animals were so young that their eyes had not yet opened.
Shocked by the discovery, the villager immediately reported the situation to the authorities.
Police officers arrived at the scene shortly after to conduct an initial investigation into the abandonment.
Following their inquiries, the officers safely transferred both kittens into the care of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), where they can receive the round-the-clock attention and medical care required for newborn felines.
