MTR aims to resume normal Tuen Ma Line service by Monday morning after track work

The MTR aims to resume normal Tuen Ma Line service by the first train on Monday morning after completing remaining track realignment work between Hung Hom and East Tsim Sha Tsui stations on Sunday night.

The special service arrangement, implemented from the first train on Sunday, required passengers traveling through Hung Hom station to alight and cross to the opposite platform to continue their journey. At 10pm Sunday, the MTR announced that the remaining follow-up work for the track realignment would be carried out overnight, with teams committed to completing the work as planned.

The MTR thanked passengers for their cooperation and understanding during the two special service arrangements, and urged passengers to check the latest service status before traveling on Monday morning. If unforeseen circumstances affect Monday morning's Tuen Ma Line service, the MTR said it will make announcements through various channels and implement corresponding service arrangements to minimize impact.
