Cross-boundary car catches fire in North Point

A private car with cross-boundary license plates burst into flames while parked at the Provident Centre parking lot in North Point on Sunday evening.

The incident occurred around 7 pm when the vehicle suddenly caught fire and emitted heavy smoke. The car was quickly engulfed in intense flames.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and promptly extinguished the blaze using a fire hose. No injuries were reported in the incident.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
