Search continues for best UK fried rice

After YouTuber Uncle Roger spoke for Asians everywhere last month when he reacted to BBC presenter Hersha Patel's egg fried rice recipe, the orange-clad critic returned to offer his take on Jamie Oliver's version of the dish.

"This video, so many sad things happening," sighed Uncle Roger, played by Malaysian comedian Nigel Ng.

Things started badly when the veteran chef opted not to use a wok.

"Jamie, you have 25 cookbooks but you can't afford one wok," Uncle Roger exclaimed.

But worse was to come, after Oliver ended up serving a bowl of wet-looking fried rice.

"This rice looks so wet, look at this, you can see your reflection in this rice," he cried, accusing Oliver of hating rice.
