HK Express cancels 16 flights on Friday

HK Express announced that 16 flights will be canceled on Friday (Sept 6) as Typhoon Yagi nears Hong Kong.

The flights affected include those to and from Hong Kong and Osaka, Tokyo, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Chiang Mai, Sanya, Clark, Da Nang. 

This comes after six flights were canceled on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong Airlines said four of its flights flying to and from Haikou and Sanya will be canceled on Friday (Sep 6).

Greater Bay Airlines said four flights to and from Hong Kong and Japan have been canceled on Friday, while a pair of flights traveling between Hong Kong and Manila will be delayed for a day and departs on Saturday (Sept 7).
